Kassie Mowry was unstoppable on Saturday in San Antonio as the cowgirl made multiple outstanding runs to come out on top and take home the Championship Title.
Mowry and her equine partner Will qualified through the Wildcard Round where the team turned in the fastest run with a 13.96 to advance on to the Short-Go and kept the momentum going into the Finals with a time of 13.95 to get the win.
“It just means so much to me raising him up from a baby to see him come to something so big and run against horses of this caliber and come out on top its a dream come true,” Mowry said.
The duo earned a total of $22,500 at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo placing Mowry at No. 6 in the WPRA World Standings.
